These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of Angry Tiger (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is a platform that uses AI (Google's generative AI models) to transform user-submitted text and posted images into tiger-themed expressions and illustrations. Transformed content is posted to a timeline and shared with other users.
Account creation requires authentication via Google, Apple, or email. Users are responsible for managing their own account information. Creating multiple accounts per person is prohibited.
Users shall not engage in the following: ・Defaming or slandering other users or third parties ・Posting personal information without the individual's consent ・Posting illegal or obscene content ・Interfering with the operation of the Service ・Mass posting or scraping using automated tools ・Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the operator
Copyright in original text posted by users remains with the user. Users grant the Service a non-exclusive license to use posted content (text and images) to the extent necessary for providing and improving the Service, including reproduction, public transmission, translation, modification, and AI transformation/generation. The operator may remove content that violates laws or these Terms without prior notice. Popular posts may be featured on Angry Tiger's official social media accounts, such as X (formerly Twitter). When featured, only the purified text and tiger illustrations are used; original images are never shared externally. If the original post is deleted, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the corresponding social media post, but immediate removal is not guaranteed.
AI transformation is not perfect, and anonymization of personal or organizational names may be incomplete. Posts submitted without purification are the user's responsibility, and the user bears full liability for their content. Image AI purification sends posted images to Google's generative AI models (Gemini Vision, Imagen) to generate tiger illustrations. There is no guarantee that personally identifiable information contained in images will be completely removed or anonymized by the AI.
The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan (Plus: $2.99 USD/month (tax included)). Payments for paid plans are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The operator assumes no liability for the results of AI transformation. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The operator may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users may report content they believe to be inappropriate or illegal by contacting support@angrytiger.wtf. Upon receiving a report, the operator will review it within a reasonable timeframe and take action as necessary. When content is removed, the operator will endeavor to notify the poster of the reason for removal.
The operator may modify or terminate the Service without prior notice. In the event of termination, we will endeavor to provide advance notification where reasonably possible.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
The authoritative text of these Terms is in Japanese. Translated versions are provided solely for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Japanese version and a translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
